Mystery Kids Jerseys is a store operated by Icon Football LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Mystery Kids Jerseys. Our store runs on Shopify.

These Terms set out your rights and responsibilities when using our website and buying from us, including warranty disclaimers and limits of liability.

Using our site means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Account and Eligibility
You confirm you are at least the age of majority where you live, and that any information you give us is correct, current and complete.

Keeping your account details secure is your responsibility, as is all activity carried out through your account.

Mystery Products
A Mystery Kids Jersey is a surprise item. The club, player, number, season and design are selected by us and can't be requested, reserved or guaranteed. You choose the size, style and league.

Any preferences you submit are requests only. We take them into account where possible, but they aren't guaranteed, and an unmet preference isn't grounds for a refund.

Every jersey is high-quality fan apparel.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is accepted only once we confirm it and payment has been processed.

If we cancel or change an order, we'll reach you using the email, address or phone number you supplied.

Returns and refunds are handled solely under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

You confirm your purchases are for personal use, not for resale or export.

Prices and Payment
Prices, discounts and promotions can change without notice. The price that applies is the one displayed when you order and confirmed in your order email.

Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, customs and import charges.

You confirm your payment details are accurate, that you're authorised to use the payment method, and that you'll pay all charges incurred.

Subscriptions
Subscribing authorises us to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date, at the price shown when you signed up, until you pause or cancel.

Your first charge is taken at checkout. Each following charge is taken every 4 weeks, on the same date of your billing cycle.

Minimum commitment: your initial order plus one renewal. The first renewal can't be cancelled. Once it's been placed, you can pause or cancel any time from your account.

We don't send reminder emails before renewal charges, so keep track of your billing dates — they're always visible in your account.

If a payment fails we'll retry automatically. Once you update your payment method, the outstanding charge goes through and your subscription continues on schedule.

Shipping and Delivery
All delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.

Once shipped, your order is in the hands of the carrier. We aren't responsible for delays occurring after that point, including those caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

Intellectual Property
Our site and its content — text, images, graphics, video, layout and design — belong to Icon Football LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Copying, reproducing, modifying, republishing or distributing any part of it requires our written permission.

Third-Party Links and Tools
Our site may link to or include tools from third parties. We don't control them and provide access "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Using third-party sites and tools is at your own risk.

Review their terms before use. Complaints about third-party products or services should go to that third party.

Relationship with Shopify
Mystery Kids Jerseys runs on Shopify, which enables us to provide our services to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Mystery Kids Jerseys.

Using our site means you acknowledge Shopify isn't responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Mystery Kids Jerseys, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Mystery Kids Jerseys.

Privacy
All personal information we collect is handled under our Privacy Policy.

As our store is hosted by Shopify, some information is also processed under Shopify's own privacy policy.

Reviews and Feedback

Errors and Inaccuracies
Our site may occasionally contain errors relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability.

We may correct any error and change, update or cancel affected orders at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Prohibited Uses
Use our site for lawful purposes only. You may not use it to break any law, infringe anyone's intellectual property, harass or harm any person, transmit false information, send spam, impersonate anyone, or upload malicious code.

You also may not scrape, copy or resell any part of the site, collect other users' personal information, or bypass any security measure we use.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if we believe you've breached these Terms.

Automated Agents
Automated software or AI agents may not access or interact with our site unless they identify themselves as agents in their user agent string and operate transparently.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Icon Football LLC, Shopify and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your use of the site.

General
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions stay in force.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't waive it.

These Terms, together with the policies posted on our site, form the entire agreement between you and us and replace any earlier versions.

You may not transfer or assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them without notice.

Headings are for convenience only and don't affect the meaning of these Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

You and Icon Football LLC consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Wyoming.

Changes to These Terms
The current version of these Terms is always available on this page.

We may update them by posting changes here.

Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
