Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 days, excluding public holidays. During sales and busy holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Delivery takes 7–15 business days worldwide, counted from the day your order ships.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs checks, carrier delays or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking number, and you can follow your delivery at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Customs & Duties

Taxes for the United States are calculated and shown at checkout. In some countries, including parts of the EU, Asia and the Middle East, local customs may charge additional duties or taxes on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours and we'll update it before your order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
